The past 18 months has been tough…

Lockdowns have forced dramatic change, leading us all to question so many things. The recent Microsoft study, perhaps, says it all:

“41% of the entire global workforce are considering handing in their resignation” Microsoft study (2021)

With only 4% of respondents stating increased pay as their motivation, this shows mass dissatisfaction with the way we see work, and reflects a dramatic shift in the way we see the world.

In challenging times, we all search for the guiding voices of experience. How about voices that are 50,000 years old?

The Aboriginal community in Australia is at least 50,000 years old – making it the oldest continuous, living culture on the planet. Powerful life lessons are passed down from generation to generation – so often through simple drawings in the sand, or stories told around the fire.

Stories might disappear in an instant, but they live on in art and dance.

Indigenous art & dance is as beautiful as it is unique, and we are absolutely delighted to showcase the very essence of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island dance culture in our Genesis Collection – launching on February 22, 2022. Our subsequent collections will have additional themes that showcase the beauty & power of Indigenous culture; cultures that can help us all perhaps make more sense of these difficult times.

This is just the beginning of a long journey of empowerment & self-determination… to energise global Indigenous communities. The entire team at Walking Between Worlds invites you, & welcomes you, to walk with us as we begin the long journey between different worlds.

Genesis Collection – Indigenous Dance

2,222 unique pieces + 10 hero pieces 1/1 (one of one’s)

The Genesis Collection comprises 2,222 unique pieces showcasing traditional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island dance vogues..

The Genesis collection will also include 10 unique Hero pieces that are 1/1 (one of one’s). These pieces will include additional elements to give you a rich and immersive cultural experience. These include animation, Indigenous poetry, Torres Strait Island music blending in with beautiful soundscapes that place you in the very environment that inspired the art itself.

These hero pieces will be sold by private auction 10 Days after the Genesis Collection sells out.

So why not become a Genesis Collection holder? As a Genesis Collector you will have :

Automatic access to the auction whitelist,
Access to private Discord Channels where we will host private live events.
Pre-mint access for subsequent collections #2 & #3.
Access to staking of our upcoming community token (subject to final regulatory advice)
Access to earning WBW community tokens for providing services to the WBW community

Furthermore, when we announce the release of our community token funding round, wholesale investors holding a genesis piece, will be guaranteed an allocation of the wholesale investor pool for the pre-sale of our community token funding round which we are targeting for Q3, 2022, possibly sooner.

Collection #2 targeted for release in Q3 ’22 and will comprise 3,300 unique pieces showcasing an even greater selection of additional Indigenous artists from around Australia and again based around themes related to Indigenous culture.

Like earlier collections, we will also have a selection of 10 Hero pieces that are 1/1 (one of one’s), featuring additional elements to provide you with a rich immersive experience.

Genesis Collection holders will have priority pre-mint mint access to Collection #2.

Collection #3 – Theme to be released once collection #2 has sold out

5,500 unique pieces + 10 hero pieces 1/1 (one of one’s)

Collection #3 is targeted for release once Collection #2 has sold out targetting Q3 ’22 and will comprise 5,500 unique pieces showcasing a larger selection of additional Indigenous artists from across Australia again based around themes related to Indigenous culture.

Like the genesis collection we will also have a selection of 10 Hero pieces that are 1/1 (one of one’s). Once again, these pieces will feature rich elements to provide you with an immersive, cultural experience.

Genesis Collection holders will have priority pre-mint listing of Collection #3.
